- Seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The position focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and creating insightful BI elements to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
- Create and manage BI elements ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with departments to understand their data visualization needs.
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL.
- Design and optimize data models for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI tool and data source issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI and data analytics technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience in data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3 plus years of Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
