JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Objective of the Role: To deliver exceptional online performance for clients through PPC, reducing CPA, driving traffic and delivering overall business objective for the client - from initial set up to performance & KPI delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PPC
• Create an effective account structure plan, taking into consideration the clients objectives
• Work with in house or third-party tools to set up all campaigns and structure (DoubleClick/Marin etc.)
• Daily maintenance of campaigns and account budgets to ensure client spends are not exceeded and you are constantly providing value (Reasonable CPA)
• Ongoing optimization of account/ campaign, including SQR’s, trend analysis, competitor research etc.
• Set up all tagging as required by the client
• Understand ongoing needs of the client, finding greater efficiency by restructuring (Moving BMM to EM etc.)
• Communicate with the client on critical factors that you foresee having an impact on the account, or any anomalies that you come across
• Keep up to date will all innovation within PPC, identifying opportunities for the client as a result.

Reporting
• Create monthly reports as per company standards, conducting analysis and providing commentary for results.
• Recommend key actions as a result of reporting
• Ensure GA /adobe analytics data is correctly reporting (cross check, highlight discrepancies)

KPI’s: Maintain client satisfaction by delivering results in the following manner:
• Greater efficiency in CPC and CPA
• Month on month improvement in overall account results - conversions, impression share, client revenue (where applicable) based on forecast and agreed KPI's with client.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• AGENCY experience required.
• Hands on experience with PPC
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Efficient and reliable
• Local/Regional experience is a must, international experience is a plus
• Good rapport with clients
