JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
QUOTATIONS
• Preparing quotations as instructed by the sales engineers Preparing reports for the management based on quotes Maintains filing all quotations and related documents
• Maintains database of all quotations in the system
• Assisting the sales engineers, providing all the details for the items quoted
• Dealing with the customers if sales engineers are not available
• Dealing with telephonic enquiries.
TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS
• Preparing Technical submittals as per the project/ client requirements
• Selection of valves as per the details provided by the clients.
• Arranging the sample boards to the clients as per submittals.
• Replying to the consultant comments after checking with the manager.
• Maintains the database and the status of all the submittals in the system.
• Preparing reports for the management based on submittals.
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in the similar field
• With Mechanical/technical know-how on piping and plumbing products.
• Adept knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
