Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus housing allowance, and tuition fee discount for children
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
• Provide visionary leadership in academic and administrative areas.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, conducive learning environment.
• Foster innovation in teaching and learning methodologies.
• Act as a spokesperson for the school in public and community events.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the school.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Native English speakers
• Bachelor in Education or PGCE (PhD/Master’s in Education preferred)
• Must have at least 15 years of experience in education industry; 6 years whole experience as Principal; and 3 years as Vice Principal (preferably majority of experience in the UAE)
• Extensive knowledge and experience in American, AP, and IB Curriculum
• Must have a UAE experience and Abu Dhabi experience is preferable
• Should be willing to start by August 2024
