JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Work on the development and enhancement of dashboard showing the active and future projects.
- Establish the relevant study scope.
- Manpower and organization: Create fit-for-purpose templates for PMT organization charts and prepare manpower histogram for each project coming to Project Development from the relevant BU.
- Oversight and consultation: Oversight project status and consult PMT teams in their respective projects in engineering issues, management issues and market challenges.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with PDE functions to realize the initiatives, i.e. AWP, carve-out non-core assets, framework agreements, etc.
- Reporting and communication:
- Manage interdepartmental communication and upward PDE reporting for all active projects.
- Allow PMT project manager maximum time to manage their project activities.
