Job Description:

- Culinary Creativity : Craft daily menus based on dietary preferences and nutritional requirements, ensuring a diverse and exquisite dining experience.
- Meal Preparation : Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, utilizing the freshest ingredients and ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Special Occasions : Plan and execute high-end meals for family events, parties, and formal dinners, coordinating with other staff to ensure seamless service.
- Ingredient Sourcing : Select and source the finest ingredients from local and international suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Kitchen Management : Oversee the kitchen's operations, including cleanliness, organization, and inventory management, ensuring a hygienic and efficient workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

- Menu Planning : Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and dietary needs, incorporating them into the menu planning to provide a diverse and innovative dining experience.
