JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
HR & Government Relations:
• Assist with CV screening and interview scheduling during the recruiter's absence or when they have a busy schedule.
• Manage DMCC Portal, GDRFA, and other UAE government digital systems.
• Handle end-to-end processing of Employment Visa, Business, and Tourist Visas.
• Process visa extensions and renewals.
• Handle end-to-end company license applications, renewals, and amendments
Employee Services and Administrative Support:
• Manage employee flight ticket arrangements.
• Oversee hotel reservations and accommodation logistics for staff.
• Handle petty cash and employee health insurance applications.
• Handle monthly air ticket reimbursements and agency payments.
Employee Engagement
• Organize and execute company team-building events and activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR administration and UAE government-related processes• In-depth knowledge of DMCC Portal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and government portals (DMCC, GDRFA, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
