JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Assist in plant configuration changes, supervise process parameters, and guide the shift crew while advising the shift in charge as needed.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate them to the Plant Maintenance Team; oversee plant personnel and direct Plant Operators to support overall operations.
• Ensure compliance with emissions monitoring, manage checklists, and assume Team Leader responsibilities during shifts, providing technical guidance and oversight.
• Maintain daily reports, manage records and documentation, conduct technical training for staff, and support budget planning and control.

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian and Filipino nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a Chlor-Alkali Plant, with the ability to manage shift operations chemicals
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
