JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Receive requirements/BOQs from different teams in Iraq and ensure that the materials will be received by the designated person in Iraq in good condition.
• Examine received requirements/BOQs, including technical details and specifications, to identify suitable suppliers and obtain competitive offers.
• Evaluate various suppliers, request quotations, and prepare a Price Comparison Sheet, and confirm the order with the chosen supplier upon approval of the quotation.
• Prepare the Purchase Order, send it to the supplier, and negotiate payment terms, technical specifications, delivery terms, etc.
• Compile the procurement log, maintain an updated contact list, and prepare a weekly report.

Position Title: Procurement Admin
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 8K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
