Procurement Administrator - UAE National

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This job opportunity is with a large government entity in Dubai, UAE.

As a Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping the entire procurement records organized and up to date. Maintain an accurate data log sheet to ensure efficiency in reports. Obtain and follow up on approvals regarding purchase orders and supply agreements. You would schedule meetings and take notes. Develop weekly and monthly reports. Provide assistance and support to the procurement team in their administrative requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in procurement and logistics. A College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a must. You must be proficient in Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Oracle.
