JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Property Developer is seeking to Recruit an experienced Procurement and Contracts Manager. You will manage and oversee all aspects of project contract activities and to ensure these activities are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. You will also:
Lead the process for inviting contractors to tender and making sure all tender documents are properly formatted
Manage the whole process in a timely fashion and in line with company policy ensuring bids are responded to within time frames and that evaluations are carried out correctly, and that agreements are properly executed with any contractors who are duly appointed.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance and Administration
They will also have a minimum of 5-10 years in Contract Management.
Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Contract Management within the Middle East.
