JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement and Tender Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities and ensuring that our tender processes are executed efficiently and effectively. With a strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills, you will contribute to our organization's growth while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities and product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop procurement strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze procurement data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
