JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for optimal pricing and terms.
• Process purchase orders, including sending to suppliers, confirming orders, arranging shipments, handling payments, etc.
• Monitor order status and address delays, discrepancies, or issues.
• Maintain supplier records and update product pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Implement procurement best practices to minimize excess inventory or stockouts.
• Resolve order discrepancies and supplier issues.
• Serve as point of contact between the sales team, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Stay informed on market trends

Requirements:
• Previous procurement or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Vendor management experience.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
