JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement In Charge to lead our procurement operations in landscaping and agriculture sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

- This role is pivotal in ensuring that our agricultural processes are supported by timely and cost-effective procurement practices.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the agriculture industry.
- You will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the agriculture or landscaping business sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of agricultural or landscaping products and the supply chain in the agriculture sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
