Procurement Manager - HQ Based in Dubai
A True Leading International Building Contractor thats been established over 40 Number Years .This Business has a presence in Europe, Australasia & the Middle East.
The Head Office is Dubai is looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to work alongside the Head of Procurement.
You will be essential in driving forward the Procurement division for the Buildings sector.
The business has a clear pedigree in Projects ranging from 500 Million AED up to 3 Billion.
They have delivered in the GCC projects such as Airports, Hotels, and Mixed Use Developments & Commercial Buildings.
As Procurement Manager you will work closely alongside the Regional Head of Procurement, Operations Manager & Estimation Manager.
You will be dealing with a team of engineers & buyers dealing with all aspects from work related to bids to onsite construction.
You will of lead sizable bids from inquiry to delivery managing all technical and intricate elements related to the procurement of Materials, Suppliers and so on.
You will have key knowledge of regions, supply chains and clients related to the Buildings Sector for a Contractor.
You will have exemplary communication skills and be able to lead, drive and motivate employees working for you.
REQUIREMENTS
- Western Trained & Qualified
- 15 Years relevant experience within Procurement of Major Construction Projects
- CIPS Qualified Desired
- Experience & understanding of CCS, COINS & Asite Software
- Someone with 3 Years Minimum GCC Experience (Oman, Qatar, Kuwait but most importantly UAE)
The role will be based in Dubai HQ doing an 11 Day fortnight with occasional travel throughout the region to meet clients & suppliers.
They want to employ someone that can commit long term with the region and also the growth strategy in place by the Managing Director of the Region.
