JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures
- Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
- Facilitate all company purchase requirements, advising teams on the best products on the market
- Finding the best suppliers on the market with the company’s key objectives and cost reduction in mind
- Prepare RFPs and RFAs
- Review, compare, analyze and approve products and services to be purchased
- Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounts and Operations to draft agreements and all necessary documents
- Manage and monitor supplier performance to ensure that contractual obligations are adhered to
- Manage the procurement database
- Manage supplier relationships
- Any other procurement duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Great relationship management skills
- Time management
- Experience in preparing or coordinating the preparation of necessary documentations like; contracts, procurement tracking sheets, schedules, invoices
- Great people skills
