Position Title: Procurement Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based diversified group of company providing outdoor spaces and event solutions within the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Ensure that all invoices are timely and accurately processed, collaborating closely with our internal finance team
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the most favourable prices and terms for materials and services, optimizing cost-effectiveness for the company
• Coordinate purchasing activities across various company departments to maintain consistency
• Review vendor quotes meticulously to ensure they align with the requirements and specifications of each project, maintaining quality standards and cost-efficiency
• Take charge of inventory by monitoring stocks, ordering necessary supplies as required, maintaining supplier info, and staying informed about market trends. management
Requirements:
Qualifications:• 45 years old and below
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience on the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
