JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Following and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures
• Maintain supplier information
• Purchasing and handling inventory material of all MEP, HVAC and stationery as per requirement
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving product and services to be purchase
• Identify the demand of material and services
• Stay up to date on industry trends
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Sourcing the vendor negotiation contracts and cost
• Analyze Supply Base
• Organize and schedule procurement in timely manners
• Working closely with finance and operation team
• Track and Record Orders
• Analyze market and delivery system
• Manage Inventory Level with warehouse team
Requirements:
Results-driven procurement professional with [X] years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost control. Proven track record of negotiating favorable contracts, streamlining supply chain operations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Skilled in supplier relationship management, category management, and procurement analytics to support operational and financial objectives.Key Skills:

Salary:
AED
9,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
