Procurement Specialist - Facilities Management

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of Facilities Management (hard and soft) services and ensure that the contracts and agreements are in line with business requirements and policies.

- Close collaboration with the Facilities Management (FM) team and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and based on the information, ensure that procurement activities adhere to company policy
- Act as a lead representative for FM procurement in contact with a good variety of suppliers across the region
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers as well as evaluating new and potential suppliers related to FM
- Process vendor RFP and RFQ in order to identify and source potential vendors and evaluate their proposals while negotiating terms
- Maintain all documents related to FM procurement (i.e. negotiation bids, contracts and tender documents)
- Further related tasks related to FM procurement

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree educated (Business Administration or related discipline)
- CIPS qualification is desirable
- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement and at least 2 years in FM sourcing
- Solid experience in FM procurement is a must
- Fluent English, verbal and written
- Previous experience with Oracle is desirable
- Self motivated team player with strong negotiation skills
