JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for all activities of successfully taking the product to market-write user stories, solve customer-facing problems
• Accountable for the road map that guides and monitors the development and launch plan for all products (websites/applications)
• Responsible for accepting the product before going to the market
• Define the requirements for business intelligence & analytics opportunities
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Define business cases for feasibility analysis of the product and maintenance
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos for stakeholders
• Have regular pulse checks to maintain a competitive advantage in the market
• Be responsible for applying the product management lifecycle on all initiatives and ensure other product managers are delivering their goals
• Identify and highlight business risks and issues and articulate the impact of these on the product or project delivery
• Monitor, measure and report product performance post Go Live, identifying any opportunities for enhancement or change to relay back to business and developers
• Work with the relevant businesses to identify ways and means to use data to enhance customer experience and maximize sales
• Support digital marketing efforts, planning and launching digital initiatives to drive traffic to the website and thereby contribute to and enhance sales
• Nurture cross-functional reports and establish rapport for meaningful on-going discussions to achieve the optimal end product result
• Establish a strong working relationship with external partners / tech developers
• Stay up to date on customer trends / preferences, online behavior as well as emerging technologies, translating that to valuable enhancement of the product
