About the job
To lead the development, implementation, and management of the commercial card product suite, including corporate credit cards, purchase cards, virtual cards, and prepaid cards. The role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, innovation, pricing, profitability, portfolio growth, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Product strategy & development:- Define the product vision and roadmap in line with business objectives.
- Identify market needs, emerging trends, and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Lead the launch of new commercial card products (e.g., purchase cards, virtual cards, prepaid cards).
- Manage the existing commercial card portfolio to drive usage, spend growth, and profitability.
- Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews and competitor benchmarking.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, risk, compliance, IT, operations, and external partners to deliver product initiatives.
- Support frontline teams with training, product collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive digital transformation by enabling virtual cards, mobile wallet integration, and self-service platforms for corporate clients.
- Partner with technology teams to improve customer journeys and implement automation.
- Ensure all products are compliant with regulatory and internal policies.
- Coordinate with risk, legal, and compliance teams for approvals and audit requirements.
- Design and execute spend-based campaigns, acquisition drives, and internal contests to drive penetration and usage.
- Collaborate with marketing for product branding and communication.

- Strong understanding of commercial cards ecosystem and B2B payments.
- Analytical skills with experience in P&L management.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in commercial cards.
Budget: AED 20K to 23K
