Job Title: Product Owner International Everyday Banking
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:
• Ensuring stakeholders’ business requirements will met on the final output of the product while the delivered project is outstanding state on customer experience, and technical quality.
• Detailing the Product Backlog requirements and user stories, especially detailing the journey of the story, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and to create and maintain a quality Product Backlog.
• Providing download for detailed requirements to the respective stakeholders and walking them through the details.
• Supporting Tribe Lead & Global Product Owner while creating and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog, roadmap, and ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear throughout the year.
• Supporting the Tribe Lead for preparing the Agile Execution Document, including the Initial Release Plan and other associated mandatory milestones, and tracking and reporting delivery against the Initial Release Plan.
• Ensuring the Agile Delivery Team members understand items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
• Joining the technical analysis with respective development teams to translate business requirements into details for them to help sizing and solutioning exercises.
• Ensuring Project deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements/ signoffs.
• Support the Product Owner for transitioning and hand over to BAU.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and specify business needs and assess their feasibility.
• Help assign demand to agile teams and define the setup within the business unit tribe.
• Manage scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
• Monitor progress reports.
• Manage risks and issues.
• Support product owner in monitoring requirements delivery.
• Prioritise requirements in case of capacity issues.
• Strong communication and negotiations across technology and other stakeholders to achieve results and decision making to improve time to market for all portfolio items.
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.
• Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Act as manager and provide escalation path for team members.
• Promote empowerment of the team.
• Ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and makes a meaningful contribution.
• Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
• Contribute to innovation with initiation of new features and products as part of product rollouts/upgrade.
• Keep up to date with the existing application changes and latest software technologies & methodologies in the market.
