Product Owner

Description

We are looking for a product owner for a Dubai, United Arab Emirates based assignment. This is a long-term contract engagement with an iconic brand.

Requirements

• Continuously refine the backlog based on feedback and changing business needs
• Lead the grooming/prioritisation of the backlog based on robust value articulation
• Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team
• Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, and manage any legal or ethical considerations related to the product
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the product, inspiring others to share and contribute to the product vision and goals
• Collaborate with the enabling team, including the agile coach, to continuously improve how the team delivers value to the business
• Be proactive in identifying areas of process, technology improvement, and innovation
• Work as part of the internal development team to achieve project delivery timeframes and quality
• Ability to define priorities and understand key stakeholders’ needs
