Description:
* Ensure compliance with company standards & TS16949 requirements
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives & seek cost reduction opportunities
* Implementation of LEAN best practice into manufacturing areas using Kaizen & 3P methodologies
* Innovation of technical solutions to manufacturing problems
* Project Manage new plant & equipment introduction from initial specification right through to
* Implement & support 5S activity for new & existing projects
* Supporting the business in development of best practice in production by suggesting improvements and resolving known issues handover to manufacturing areas

REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Automotive/Electrical/Mechanical).
* Strong knowledge of 5S Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma.
* Fast and effective trouble shooting skills
* Worked well within a team
* Knowledge of Aerospace or Automotive processes.
