Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus incentives and yearly bonus

A recognized F&B organization dedicated to creating incredible culinary experiences in UAE

Job Description:
• Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet output targets
• Ensure food products meet safety and quality standards, adhering to regulations
• Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and oversee performance evaluations
• Manage inventory, control production costs, and optimize efficiency
• Implement food safety protocols, maintain compliance, and ensure safe kitchen operations

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in a senior role in central kitchens
• Must have solid experience in mass food production and catering
• Must have experience in multiple cuisines but with a solid Arabic/Lebanese background
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
