JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are recruiting for a production Manager to join our growing team. based here in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidates role is to oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure the operations and logistics run smoothly. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing, managing and evaluating the production process within the business
• Estimation on costing and budgets
• Organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods
• Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Organising work flow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Deep knowledge and know how in production procedures
• Ensure output meets quality standards
Requirements:
Requirements• Proven experience as production manager
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Outstanding communication ability
