JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Planning, scheduling, releasing, and tracking of workflow from the engineering department up to manufacturing
- liaise between Engineering, Supply Chain, production, etc. departments.
- Creates production schedule, Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities utilizing information from material and production control systems.
- Coordinate with project managers and production to sequence manufacturing, assembly, and installation.
- Accurately maintain part-master database in MRP system
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or other technical field
- With at least 5+ years experience in planning/scheduling.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Competent with computer software such as, AutoCAD, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Knowledge of Visual Manufacturing or other MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience working within an ISO quality plan
