JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor for our Joinery division in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead a skilled team of craftsmen and oversee the manufacturing processes of high-quality joinery products. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the joinery production team to meet production goals.
- Plan and schedule production activities to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures to exceed customer expectations.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain equipment and materials inventory to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
- Implement health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the joinery or woodworking industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with production planning and quality control processes.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to joinery production.
