JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The primary objective of this role is to support Asset business in terms of product support to program lending team to meet growth goals of the division by driving the new product initiatives, cross selling to existing relationships and spotting new segmentation opportunities within SME space(Companies with Product turnover less than AED 150 Million).
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years experience in Corporate / SME Banking/products
Experience –
• Successful track record in product management
• Strong management / leadership capabilities
• Appropriate risk awareness
• Team player – inspires and encourages excellent performance in others to achieve common goals
• Sound analytical, negotiation, decision-making, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research /investigative & interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of the regional market
• People management experience including sizable teams
