JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Professional Pizza Maker
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus uniform, food allowance, and tips

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats..
- Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking ties
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
- Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role
- Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Proven food preparation and food handling experience
