JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

• Revit, Sketch Up and Autocad Knowledge advantageous
• Chartered Architect Degree with detailed understanding of all aspects of the architects role in practice
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading mid- large scale projects
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently, resilient to cope with conflicting demands and able to prioritize
• Excellent project management and time organisational skills
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
• Take initiative in response to direction and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Work efficiently under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times
• Strong understanding of UAE Building and Planning regulations and codes
