JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description
This position combines the principles of architecture and engineering to check designs and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures. The Project Architect Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the designs are met on site.
With a minimum of 7 years’ experience required in luxury villas and fitouts, this role is ideal for professionals who are adept at managing complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Present architectural designs and plans to clients and stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project alignment.
3. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
4. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and engineers.
7. Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
Requirements:
Preferred Candidate:1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

7. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
8. Creative mindset with a passion for innovative design.
9. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
10. Strong project management skills.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
