JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for effective planning, directing and quality-assuring of all training operations and projects undertaken by the company, as well as for the effective utilization of all resources allocated to the operations/projects

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:
• Clearly understand the goals of the organization and develop a clear vision of exactly how operations will help achieve them;
• Translate these goals into implications for the operations’ performance, objectives, quality, speed, dependability, flexibility and cost;
• Develop a set of guidelines that are aligned with the organization's long-term goals;
• Continually monitor and improve the overall performance and quality of operations as per instruction of the Operations Director;
• Design, develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies in close coordination with the Operations Director;
• Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by all members of the team;
• Close coordination with the Operations Director, Head of Trainer, Head of RBT & Quality Control and Support Services Director to manage teams, prepare work schedules and assignment of specific duties to each team and its members.
• Effectively solve problems that arise during the daily operations of the team.
• Tactfully solve interpersonally and other people-management issues, thus enhancing teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain client satisfaction at agreed levels; solve issues related to client service as and when they arise.
• Review, maintain and update marketing material according to business change as necessary.
• Prepare reports as per instruction of the Operations Director.

Management Coordination:
• Maintain good relationships with partners, suppliers and third parties involved in projects;
• Conduct team meetings and contribute to staff and management meetings;
• Ensure compliance the established SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) as approved by the CEO;
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Management. Project Management qualification desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ work in a medium-large (15-50) team in Operations, Administration or Project Management coordination. Law enforcement, armed forces or physical training background/experience desirable but not required.
• Knowledge and Skills: Excellent ability to develop and manage a team; knowledge of the theory and application of project management; knowledge of fitness and training techniques and methodology is desirable; excellent knowledge of spoken and written Arabic and English; good skills in Arabic-English spoken and written translation; highly developed presentation skills.
• Competencies: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; high orientation to task as well as to people; highly developed business acumen and problem solving skills; excellent decision making and negotiation skills; excellent skills in managing people from diverse backgrounds; excellent personal organization skills; good skills in reporting; ability to multi-task; deal with people of diverse backgrounds; ability to handle difficult situations with discretion and tact; high level of integrity; organized and able to supervise; excellent skills managing and developing teams
• Certifications and Licenses: CCNA, IT Project Management, PMP certification; ongoing CPD activities/certifications desirable but not required; valid UAE driving license;
