JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Develop and ensure accuracy & execution of the daily and weekly project board.
• Communicate project update to relevant members.
• Communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as projects require.
• Execute assigned tasks
• Organize flow of work by receiving, sorting and reviewing, prioritizing and routing correspondence
• Undertake a range of office admin tasks including; typing, and photocopying etc. Undertake additional responsibilities depending on Management and Business requirements.
• File all the required documents as requested in a secure environment and in an organized manner to ensure easy access
• Maintain custody of all original documents and updates register in respect thereof. Review old files and screen out obsolete papers
• Assist in preparing summary reports, tables and presentations
• Conduct research as requested by direct manager
• Support other departments as per business specific needs

Salary:
AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• University Qualifications: Graduation
• Nature and length of previous experience: 1 to 3 years
• Age Range: 20 to 35
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: UAE
• Project Management
• Business Administration
• Advanced Computer Skills
