JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Assist in project planning and scheduling activities. Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Identify and escalate project risks and issues.
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle Approvals, should have connections with government authorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience in project coordination for fit out and interior design industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in fit-out and Interior design industry (3-5 years).
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting joinery plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent English and Arabic speaker with strong communication skills (written and verbal) – or additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can-do attitude
• Must be an Arabic Speaker and has good relation in government agencies like DM,RTA,CD ADM
