As a Project Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of business wide initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing broad company wide projects across multiple functions ( Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, IT etc)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• UAE driving license and car is essential
