Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally gained within a development company or design consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a background in large-scale project development, including hospitality and luxury residential sectors.

In this role, you will serve as the crucial bridge between internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors, overseeing the day-to-day coordination of design and delivery across multiple high-end projects. You will ensure seamless communication, timely deliverables, and strict alignment with project goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from concept through to installation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between designers, technical teams, procurement, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, FF&E schedules, BOQs, and approvals.
• Organize and facilitate internal reviews, client meetings, site visits, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure all design intent and approved specifications are accurately translated into execution documents and procurement orders.
• Track and report on budget alignment, procurement status, and installation schedules, flagging any risks early.
• Coordinate and follow up on sample approvals, supplier lead times, production updates, and delivery schedules.
• Manage and maintain project folders, drawing logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence records with strict version control.
• Support the creative team in preparing and delivering presentation material, design reports, and client updates.
• Oversee site readiness, delivery coordination, and final installation alignment in collaboration with contractors and FF&E vendors.
• Assist in value engineering, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on quality or design vision.
• Represent the studio in a professional manner, maintaining clear communication and accountability throughout.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
