JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Day to day project coordination.
- Organizing team meetings
- Updating the ERP & CRM on daily basis
- Effective coordination with different branches
- Preparing power point presentations
- Report generation in Excel
- Preparing minutes of the meetings
- Planning & administering the team overseas business trips.
- Coordinating training programs within the team and branches.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be Philippines National
- Should be having at least 4-5 years of experience in a back office role.
- Must be a graduate.
- Very good presentation skill
- Must be having sound knowledge in using word, excel & power point
- Should be having experience in ERP & CRM systems.
- Very good communication skills (oral & written)
