Project Director

Randstad has partner with an established construction business in the search for an experienced Project Director to lead a major rail project in the UAE. Reporting to the CEO & Board, the Project Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project through execution to testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as the Company representative with the Client and Subcontractors
- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of rail civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project time-lines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
- Establish project requirements for all areas of the project and monitor and control the adherence to these requirements
- Manage commercial aspects and changes to project cost or schedule
- Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
