JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Supervises Site Engineers/Foremen/Chargehands
- Plan, prepare and devise work schedules, according to budgets and workloads considering the approved program
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project program including developing short and long-range goals, objectives.
- Fields responsibilities include labour relations
- Liaise with consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the project.
- Coordinate activities with Engineers.
- Ensure that procedures are being followed and assist in resolving problems which professional level of input
- Provide on-the-job training for site technicians to ensure that they are developing their skills continually.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years post-graduate experience in the UAE
- Practical experience in the construction field
- Excellence in written and spoken in English
- Planning and control of project resources
- Monitoring and controlling project costs
- Quality consciousness
