Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our fitout construction team in the UAE. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various construction projects, ensuring their successful completion within the specified timeframes and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage fitout construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities, including the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets and costs, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary to maintain financial control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
