Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with extensive experience in managing luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in coordination across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), Civil, Fit-Out, and Finishing works to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Coordination: Manage all phases of luxury villa projects and ensure effective communication between teams.
• Technical Oversight: Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with clients, architects, and contractors to address project issues.
• Quality Control: Implement quality measures and ensure high standards of work.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Help develop project budgets and schedules, monitoring progress and risks.
• Reporting: Prepare regular status reports on timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on luxury villas or high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit-Out, and Finishing processes.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting/Knowledge of Sketch Up and REVIT.
