JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Maintain control on costs, quality and time lines.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, schedules, quality assurance.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team and monitor / report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Responsible for raising inspections report like WIR &MIR
• Maintain site E.H.S. procedures and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years pf experience in the construction field• Good communication skills
• Strong Technical skills in reading the drawings
• Problem solving skills
• Commercial awareness
• Teamworking skills
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
