JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within a reputable organization in the UAE construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise project activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in resource planning and procurement to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Troubleshoot project issues and propose effective solutions to avoid delays.
- Maintain documentation and technical records related to project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and environments.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards in all project work.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
