JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer specializing in Interior Fitout to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of interior fitout projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to align project requirements and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review project schedules, reports, and documentation to maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in procurement and material selection to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in interior fitout or construction industry.
- Proficient in CAD software and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Continuous work experience of more than 5 years in the same company is required (job stability must be proven).
- Society of Engineers (UAE) membership is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
