Job description

The role is responsible for managing and delivering assigned projects in line with company objectives, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects to achieve operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan project execution including cost review, execution strategy, and risk identification before project start.
• Monitor project progress against the construction programme and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and submit material proposals, drawings, RFIs, IRs, and follow up for approvals.
• Plan and monitor material procurement to ensure timely availability at site.
• Ensure efficient site operations avoiding material shortages and workforce idle time.
• Maintain project records, drawings, verbal instructions, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
• Implement and monitor all HSE requirements and promote safety practices on site.
• Manage subcontractors and temporary installation labor effectively.
• Track project costs and ensure work is executed within the approved budget.
• Prepare and submit invoices, variation claims, final accounts, and follow up on payments.
• Support project handover including preparation of O&M manuals and obtaining TOC approvals.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
