JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Support in the development of project strategies and plans.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
