Project Management Officer

• Manage and oversee projects by effectively coordinating with different departments, ensuring all tasks align with company objectives and timelines.
• Stand firm on decisions when required, while also being open to input from team members and stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for the project.
• Understand project requirements thoroughly and communicate them clearly to all involved, considering each team member's workload, strengths, and context.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders by understanding their specific needs and crafting clear, appropriate messages to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Willingly invest time and effort to understand internal processes and project requirements, demonstrating a learning attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, track progress, and keep the project well-organized. Pay attention to every detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all aspects of the project.
• Maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations, learn from setbacks, and develop effective strategies to move forward and improve.
• Identify potential project risks early on and create mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
