JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A Leading Property Developer is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for running a project from conception through to completion in residential, commercial and retail, You will manage all aspects of the project reporting into the Development Director.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a forward thinking innovative Developer with some very exciting projects underway.
REQUIREMENTS
You must possess previous experience of working for a Developer or a Project Consultancy in a Project Management capacity.
You must be able to work autonomously.
You must possess strong construction and infrastructure experience
You must have experience of Mixed use developments
