JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Arranges NOC’S from the Authorities at the start of project in coordination with Engineering and Admin Departments.
- Studies drawings, specifications and BOQ for the assigned project.
- Follow up and arranges materials, manpower, plant and equipment as per project requirements.
- Prepares in timely manner, and gets approval of all submittals and drawings for the assigned projects in coordination with relevant departments:
- Interfaces and corresponds with clients and consultants on site- related issues for assigned projects.
- Coordinates any changes of projects plans with the staff in charge from Planning and Cost Control Department, such as: (1) Construction Schedule (2) Manpower Map (3) Submittal Log (4) Drawing Log
- Arranges the delivery of required site forms, within 48 hours from assigned projects, such as: (1) Master Labor Card, (2) Master Asset Card, (3) Material Delivery Notes, (4) MTV, etc.
- Approves all Material Request Forms (MRF) for assigned projects using “Product Catalogue”.
- Controls timely issuance of certification and collection of invoiced amounts for assigned projects.
- Arranges construction program through Planning Department.
- Verifies site works for quality as per projects specification.
REQUIREMENTS
- Nationality - Any
- Bachelor's degree - Civil Engineering
- Experience - Min. 7 years experience
- Worked Projects - High Rise Buildings; Malls; University: Commercial Buildings
- Languages - Fluent in English
